Since the weather has been good and we had stake conference, we decide to venture to Shoshone Falls, Idaho. It is the Niagra Falls of the West. They are running high water levels, so the view is great. So we packed a lunch and headed out for the two hour drive. You wind past the temple and drive for another 6 miles, that's when we hit a line of cars. It seems that everyone else had the same idea. We decided not to wait and went looking for a park by the bridge into town.
The little visitors center was right at the edge of the bridge with a little trail that followed the gorge. This bridge is also famous for base jumping, as it is one of the few legal places to jump. We were treated to a show of several jumpers. Connor thinks he might want to try it out. We talked to a guy from London who had come to jump a little about the sport.
